Bacteria, viruses and other pests react to smells. You can take advantage of that. You can e.g. disinfect with smells. Natural disinfectants are environmentally friendly and easily biodegradable.
Most households have vinegar. It can also be easily made from fruit or vegetable waste.
Disinfect the building
Doorknobs, railings or even floors are wiped thoroughly with concentrated, undiluted vinegar. Natural stone, coated aluminum or tile joints are excluded. This way you can remove almost all types
of bacteria and viruses, including mold and mold spores.
Disinfect laundry
Bed linen, towels, etc. can be effectively sterilized with vinegar. To do this, mix one part of vinegar with 4 parts of water and soak the textiles for at least 30 minutes before washing.
Disinfect room air
Dilute the vinegar in a ratio of 1: 1, bring to the boil, spread warm on bowls, place in different places and let stand overnight. It is even more effective if you lightly simmer vinegar water
while cooking.
